Strictly FWIW - here is one of my OFA Fair dogs...looks pretty similar as far as the covering of the head goes, etc.... I didn't trust the OFA (conspiracy theory LOL), so I had him PennHIP'd and he came back in the 50th percentile for the breed.

I don't know enough to make a comment on the re-take, seeing this though, it seems that it would still show the same thing, in essence?

I am thinking a re-take might be advantageous, I just don't see his hips as fair... but maybe its just me? thanks for posting your x-ray Rhiannon, its good to see other ones in comparison
Penn-hip scares me frankly with them levering the ball out, just the idea gives me the quimbees :lol:

I had a dog that was both OFAed and PennHiped. The results were the same. The dog was mildly dysplastic and U of PA recommended that he not be bred. He was not.
